“彼此相知 同舟共济”国际教育学院系列心理辅导活动举办"Know each other, stand by each other"The School of International Education held a series of psychological counseling activities

为提高相对封闭管理期间留学生心理健康水平,了解留学生思想动态,4月15-18日,国际教育学院国际学生心理健康教育中心举行了“彼此相知 同舟共济”系列心理辅导活动。

In order to improve the mental health level of international students and understand the ideological trends of international students during the relatively closed management period, the International Student Mental Health Education Center of the School of International Education held a series of psychological counseling activities on April 15-18.

   活动设置了心理测量、“调节情绪 释放压力”团体辅导、“发现自我”沙盘体验和“释放压力 重新出发”宣泄体验活动。

The activities set up psychological measurement, "regulating emotions and releasing stress" group coaching, "discovering yourself" sand table experience, and "releasing stress and starting again" catharsis experience activities.

学院采用大学生人格健康测验UPI量表,对在校31名留学生进行心理测量,及时排查隐患,与危机学生进行谈话、干预。

The college adopted UPI scale of Personality Health Test for College Students to take psychological measure for 31 international students in the school, checked hidden dangers in time, and talked and intervened with students in depression.

“调节情绪 释放压力”团体辅导环节,设置了“大风吹”、“天龙八步”、“拍背拥抱”、“诉说你我”等小活动,通过这些活动,留学生们投入其中,感受来自团队和集体的温暖,每个人脸上洋溢着幸福和满足。

In the group tutoring session of "regulating emotions and releasing pressure", some small activities such as "heavy wind blowing", "Dragon Oath", "beatback hug" and "complaining about you and me" were set up. Through these activities, international students participated in it and felt the warmth from the team and the collective, and everyone's face was full of happiness and satisfaction.

来自坦桑尼亚的加婷说:“活动既有趣又刺激,我感觉好极了,这是我很长一段时间都没有体验过的东西。我希望能经常参加这样的活动。” 来自尼日利亚的春妮说:“这个活动帮助我缓解了学业的压力,这是一个完美的时间。” 来自巴基斯坦的萨米娅说“老师帮助我们缓解压力,和我们一起玩游戏,以友好和乐于助人的方式帮助我们。我学会了玩一种新的游戏,和同学们玩的很开心。感谢老师们对我们的帮助和照顾。”

Katine from Tanzania said, "The activity was fun and exciting I felt good and it was something different that I had not experienced for a long time. I wish to do it more often." Leemah from Nigeria said, "I haven’t had fun activity in awhile, having the activity was exciting. The activity helped me in relieving academics stress, it was perfect timing." Samia from Pakistan said, "Our kind teachers helped us ease our stress by playing exciting games with us and helping us in a friendly and helpful way. I learned to play a new game and enjoyed myself a lot with my fellow students. I am thankful for the teachers who help us and take care of us."

同学们走进沙盘室,在沙游桌上,借用沙具,有的摆出自己的梦想世界,有的寻找自我解决问题的办法。在宣泄室里,学生们释放着压力和焦虑。活动结束时,同学们整理心情,重新出发。师生一心,同心协力、一定会战胜疫情,迎来更美好的明天!

     The students walked into the sand table room, used sand tools on the sand table, some created their dream world, and some looked for self-solved solutions. In the catharsis room, the students released stress and anxiety. At the end of the activity, the students sorted out their mood and set out again.
