领航工程│国际教育学院举办“与压力共处”团体辅导活动The School of International Education organizes group counseling activities for Living with Stress

为进一步推动领航工程走深走实,428日下午,国际教育学院教工第二党支部邀请学生工作部心理健康教育中心宋亚光老师为联系班级开展与压力共处的团体辅导活动。团体辅导活动包括压力分析幸运数字圈压力圈圈图脑力激荡“A-Z减压26四个练习环节。

In order to further promote the pilot project, on the afternoon of April 28th, the second Party Branch of the Faculty of International Education invited teacher Song Yaguang from the Mental Health Education Center of the Student Affairs Department to carry out group counseling activities to contact the classes and co-exist with pressure,. Group counseling activities included pressure analysis, lucky number circle, pressure circle chart, brainstorming and so on A-z Stress Reduction 26 four exercises

 

在热身环节,宋亚光老师带领留学生们跳起了《本草纲目》,欢快的节奏,迅速打破了彼此间的壁垒,温暖了团体氛围。

In the warm-up session, Teacher Song Yaguang led the students to dance Bencao Gangmu, and the cheerful rhythm quickly broke down the barriers between each other and warmed the group atmosphere

 

压力分析练习中,宋亚光老师用流利的英语与留学生一起讨论压力对我们的积极和消极意义,并分享压力下我们的反应状态。

In the stress analysis exercise,  Song yaguang discussed with foreign students the positive and negative significance of stress to us in fluent English, and shared our reactions under the pressure

 

通过幸运数字圈练习,留学生们分成4个小组,选出组长并定属于他们的组规,如:信赖、保守秘密、尊重等。留学生们通过压力圈圈图练习,具体分析梳理自己的压力,与小组内同伴分享。留学生们分享较多的压力分别是:因为疫情原因不能回国引起的思乡压力、学业的压力、疫情防控的压力等。在脑力激荡练习中,小组内的伙伴们积极献言献策,为他人提供自己面对压力时的解决方法。他们提出通过唱歌、跳舞、体育锻炼、集体活动、看书学习、合理饮食、充足睡眠等方式减压。“A-Z减压26练习中,留学生们手牵手,跟随老师,一起诵读A-Z减压26式,再次回忆总结今天学到的减压的方法。

Through lucky Numbers circle of practice, the students were divided into four groups, elected leader and set their own set of rules, such as: trust; keep secret; respect, etc. International students through pressure circle diagram practice, concrete analysis comb their pressure, to share with the group. International students share more pressure, respectively is: because homesickness  pressure caused by epidemic cannot return home In brainstorming exercises, the partners in the group actively offered suggestions and solutions for others to cope with these pressure. They proposed to relieve stress through singing, dancing, physical exercise, group activities, reading, learning, reasonable diet, adequate sleep and other methods .During the exercise, the students hand in hand, followed the teacher and recited the formula 26 a-Z decompression, and summarized the methods of decompression learned today again

 

团辅后,留学生们也向专业、亲切的宋亚光老师表示感谢,感恩对他们的关心和帮助,表示今天的团辅活动获益匪浅,感受到了学校老师的关心和团队的温暖,将把今天从老师、同学们那里学的方法运用到自己的学习生活中,让自己更完善、更理性地面对学习和人际的压力。

After group counseling activities, The international students also expressed their gratitude to the professional and kind teacher Song Yaguang for the concern and help , their benefited a lot from today's auxiliary activities, felt the school teacher's care and the team's warm, will put method from the teacher  and the students learned today applied to their learning life, let oneself more perfect more rational to face learning and interpersonal stress.
