国际教育学院召开校区恢复相对封闭管理工作会议

School of International Education held a meeting on the relatively closed management of campus

4月12日，国际教育学院召开会议,院长孙保亮对校区相对封闭管理做了工作部署。

On April 12th, the School of International Education held a meeting . The dean Sun Baoliang made arrangements for the relatively closed management of the campus .

首先，孙保亮对前期留校驻守的教职工表示感谢，他们不畏艰难，不计较个人得失，舍小家顾大家，连续多日奋战在疫情防控第一线，组织学生做核酸检测，带领学生开展丰富多彩的活动，为留校学生的心理健康和安全稳定做出了自己的贡献。

First of all, Sun Baoliang expressed his gratitude to the teaching staff who stay in the school in the preliminary stage . They are not afraid of difficulties, ignoring personal gains and losses, leaving their small homes for everyone , having been fighting on the front line of epidemic prevention and control for several days, organizing students to do nucleic acid tests ,leading the students to carry out a variety of activities, making their own contributions for the mental health and safety and stability of the students .

孙保亮对校区恢复相对封闭管理后的国际教育学院工作提出了具体要求。他指出，要始终绷紧疫情防控弦不放松，严格遵守校（院）疫情防控政策，严格执行“一日三检两报告”制度，严格落实师生员工缺课缺勤病因追踪登记要求；学生非必要不离校，非必要不外出；严格外来物品接收管理，一律停止接收境外物品，不从本土疫情中高风险地区寄购物品；充分储备防控物资。孙保亮强调，各科室在做好疫情防控的同时，也要对现有工作进行梳理，积极思考并努力克服疫情对招生工作的影响；关注学生身心健康，做好学生管理；稳定教学秩序，保证线上线下授课的有序开展；未雨绸缪，提前做好工作预案。

Sun Baoliang put forward specific requirements for the work of the School of International Education after the resumption of the relatively closed management of the campus. He pointed out that the epidemic prevention and control string should always be tightened, strictly abide by the school (hospital) epidemic prevention and control policies, strictly implement the "three inspection and two reports" system and strictly implement the cause tracking and registration requirements of teachers, students and staff . Students do not leave school unless necessary, and do not go out unless necessary . We will strictly control the receipt of foreign goods, stop receiving foreign goods , do not send shopping goods from high-risk areas of the epidemic and fully reserve prevention and control materials. Sun Baoliang stressed that while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, all departments should also sort out the existing work, actively think about and try to overcome the impact of the epidemic on enrollment . We should pay attention to students' physical and mental health, do student management; stabilize teaching order, ensure the orderly development of online and offline teaching and make work plans in advance.
