Class Meeting on Examination Discipline and Safety Management of College of International Education was Convened

       2024年12月25日-29日，山东第一医科大学国际教育学院召开考前纪律教育与安全管理主题班会，为全院学生期末阶段的学习与生活筑牢根基。

  On December 25-29, 2024, the College of International Education of Shandong First Medical University successfully held a class meeting on the theme of pre-test discipline education and safety management to build a firm foundation for the study and life of all students in the final stage.

       班会伊始，辅导员们着重强调了考试纪律的严肃性，宣读了学校考试相关规章制度，明确指出考试作弊行为的严重后果，如成绩作废、纪律处分等，以真实发生的作弊案例为警示，告诫学生诚信考试是学业生涯不可逾越的红线，鼓励大家积极备考，凭借自身实力展现学习成效，树立正确的考试观与学习观。

    At the beginning of the class meeting, the counselor emphasized the seriousness of the examination discipline, read out the relevant rules and regulations of the school examination, clearly pointed out the serious consequences of cheating on the examination, such as nullification of grades, disciplinary action, etc., with real cases of cheating as a warning, cautioning students that honesty and integrity of the examination is an insurmountable red line in their academic career, and encouraging everyone to actively prepare for the examination, to show the effectiveness of learning by virtue of their own strengths, and to set up a correct view of the examination and learning. The students are encouraged to actively prepare for the exams, show the effectiveness of learning by their own strengths, and establish the correct concept of exams and learning.

       在安全管理方面，针对校园冬季安全隐患，详细讲解了防火、防盗、防流感以及网络电信诈骗防范等知识要点。提醒学生在宿舍内合理使用电器，做到人走电断，保管好贵重物品，外出关好门窗；在流感高发期注意个人卫生与防护；同时提高网络安全意识，文明上网，对不明来源的信息和链接保持警惕，避免陷入诈骗陷阱，全方位保障自身生命财产安全。

      In terms of safety management, for the campus winter safety hazards, a detailed explanation of fire prevention, anti-theft, anti-flu and network telecommunications fraud prevention, and other knowledge points.Remind students in the dormitory reasonable use of electrical appliances, to do people away from the power off, keep valuables, go out and close the doors and windows; in the high incidence of influenza pay attention to personal hygiene and protection; at the same time to raise awareness of network security, information from unknown sources and links to remain vigilant, to avoid getting caught in the trap of fraud, all-round protection of their own lives and property safety.

       此次班会反复强调了出行佩戴安全头盔、严禁夜不归宿等纪律，强调了同学们进入自习室、教学楼需要保持安静和禁止夜间喧哗扰民。通过主题班会，不仅增强了学生的纪律意识和安全防范意识，更为学院营造了风清气正、安全稳定的学习生活氛围，助力留学生们以最佳状态迎接期末考试，迈向新的学习阶段。

     The class meeting repeatedly emphasized the discipline of wearing safety helmets on trips, forbidding staying out at night, etc. It emphasized the need for students to keep quiet when entering the study rooms and teaching buildings and the prohibition of noisy disturbance at night. Through the theme class meeting, it not only enhanced students' sense of discipline and safety precautionary awareness, but also created a clean, safe and stable atmosphere for study and life in the college, which helped the international students to meet the final exams in the best condition and move forward to a new stage of study.
