2024年12月25日，国际教育学院举办了“精医国际大讲堂”之法制教育讲座。泰安市公安局民警徐锟担任讲座的主讲人，此次活动旨在进一步加强国际学生的法制意识，提高自我保护能力，营造和谐稳定的校园环境。

      On December 25, 2024, the College of International Education held a lecture on legal education in the "Jing Medical International Lecture Hall". Xu Kun, a police officer from Tai'an Public Security Bureau, was the speaker of the lecture, which was aimed at further strengthening international students' awareness of the legal system, improving their self-protection ability, and creating a harmonious and stable campus.

       讲座伊始，国际教育学院党总支书记辛文勇致词，他从法制讲座的重要意义和作用方面向留学生阐明了活动的必要性，并提出几点要求：一是要了解中国的法律法规，树立法治观念，培养遵纪守法的行为习惯，二是要知法守法，尽快适应在华的学习生活，确保在华期间安全稳定，三是要努力学习文化知识，成为有用之才，回报母校和社会。

       At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Xin Wenyong, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the College of International Education, delivered a speech, in which he clarified the necessity of the activity from the significance and role of the lecture on legal system to the international students and put forward a few requirements: firstly, we should understand the laws and regulations in China, set up the concept of the rule of law, and cultivate the habit of observing the law; secondly, we should know the law and abide by the law, get used to the study life in China as soon as possible, and make sure that it is safe and stable during the period of staying in China; thirdly, we should study hard to learn Thirdly, they should study hard to learn cultural knowledge and become useful talents to repay their alma mater and the society.

       讲座中，徐锟警官向学生们讲解了中国的法律法规，用真实的案件实例介绍了留学生在学习生活中经常遇到的问题及处理方法，重点从严禁毒品、降低噪音、校园欺凌、交通安全、居留许可办理、签证延期、非法就业、宗教管理、临时住宿登记等方面结合相关法律规定进行了解释，并将相关的处罚条例进行了阐述。

        In the lecture, Officer Xu Kun explained Chinese laws and regulations to the students, introduced the problems often encountered by international students in their study and life and the handling of them with real case examples, and focused on the strict prohibition of drugs, noise, campus bullying, traffic safety, residence permit processing, visa extension, illegal employment, religious management, temporary accommodation registration, etc. in conjunction with the relevant legal provisions, and explained the relevant penalties regulations. The related penalties were also elaborated.

       本次法制教育讲座是国际教育学院“精医国际大讲堂”的第二讲，加强了留学生的法制意识，为创建平安、和谐的校园环境奠定了坚实的基础。未来，国际教育学院将继续开展形式多样的法制教育活动，为学生的全面发展保驾护航。

      This lecture on legal education is the second lecture of "JingMed International Lecture Hall" of College of International Education, which strengthens international students' awareness of the legal system and lays a solid foundation for the creation of a safe and harmonious campus.
