Professor Sun Baoliang of our college was elected as the chairman of the second Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Microcirculation Society

2023年10月13日至15日，由中国微循环学会、山东第一医科大学主办，中国微循环学会神经保护与康复委员会承办的“中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会换届选举大会暨2023年全国学术会议”在美丽的泰山脚下——山东泰安顺利举办。本次大会是疫情后全国神经保护与康复微循环研究领域线下举办的第一场学术盛会，来自全国各地的知名专家150余人，齐聚一堂，共襄盛会。本次全国学术会议为众多医学同道搭建起学科交流平台，探讨学术，开放思想，为广大医学同仁呈上一场精彩纷呈的医学学术盛宴。

From October13th to 15th, 2023, sponsored by the Chinese Society of Microcirculation and Shandong First Medical University, and hosted by the Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Society of Microcirculation, the "Second Session of the Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Microcirculation Election Conference and 2023 National Academic Conference" was successfully held at the foot of the beautiful Mount Tai in Tai ‘an of Shandong province. This conference is the first academic event held offline in the field of neuroprotection and rehabilitation microcirculation research in China after the epidemic, and more than 150 well-known experts from all over the country gathered together to participate in the event. This national academic conference has set up a disciplinary exchange platform for many medical colleagues to explore academics, open their minds, and present a wonderful medical academic feast for the majority of medical colleagues.

13日晚，中国微循环学会神经保护与康复专业委员会换届选举会议以及青年委员会换届选举会议成功举办。在换届选举过程中，各项议程有条不紊地进行，经无记名投票，108名同志当选为中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会委员，35名同志当选为中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会常务委员，6名同志当选为中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会副主任委员，孙保亮教授当选为中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会主任委员。此外，会议选举36名同志当选为中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会青年委员，孙保亮教授兼任青年委员会主任委员。会后，各位专家委员就专委会建设、科研合作等事项进行了充分而热烈的讨论。

On the evening of the 13th, the general election meeting of the Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Microcirculation Society and the general election meeting of the Youth Committee were successfully held. In the process of the election, the agenda was carried out in an orderly manner, and 108 comrades were elected as members of the second session of the Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Microcirculation by secret ballot, 35 comrades were elected as standing members and 6 comrades were elected as the deputy chairman and Professor Sun Baoliang was elected as the chairman . In addition, 36 comrades were elected as youth members and Professor Sun Baoliang served as chairman of the Youth Committee. After the meeting, the expert members had a full and heated discussion on the construction of the special committee, scientific research cooperation and other matters.

14日，中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业2023年全国学术会议全天举行。开幕式上，山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）副校长王鹏程教授、山东第一医科大学第二附属医院院长肖强教授、山东省神经科学学会理事长白波教授、中国微循环学会第二届神经保护与康复专业委员会主任委员孙保亮教授进行了大会致辞。开幕式上，还进行了专业委员会主任委员、副主任委员证书发放仪式。在学术交流环节，来自全国的知名专家进行了16场精彩的学术报告，涵盖了神经疾病中的微循环问题、神经推行性疾病的脑类淋巴系统、神经系统损伤与炎症、特殊类型的卒中识别、神经系统疾病与免疫调控、脑小血管疾病与微循环障碍、神经康复与微循环等多个专题。15日，全国代表和神经保护与康复专业委员会专家就专委会组织建设与发展、学术交流形式和内容、科研平台的搭建及应用、青年人才培养、科研项目联合申报等多个议题进行了充分的交流和沟通，并初步商定了明年全国学术会议的召开事宜。

On the 14th, the conference was held all day. At the opening ceremony, Professor Wang Pengcheng, vice president of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences), Professor Xiao Qiang, president of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University, Professor Bai Bo, chairman of Shandong Neuroscience Society, and Professor Sun Baoliang, chairman of the second Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of Chinese Microcirculation Society, delivered a speech at the conference. The certificate issuing ceremony of the chairman and deputy chairman of the professional committee was also held. In the academic exchange session, distinguished experts from all over the country made 16 wonderful academic reports, covering microcirculation problems in neurological diseases, brain glymphatic system of neurodegenerative diseases, nervous system injury and inflammation, recognition of special types of stroke, nervous system diseases and immune regulation, brain small vessel diseases and microcirculation disorders, neurological rehabilitation and microcirculation. On the 15th, the national representatives and experts of the Neuroprotection and Rehabilitation Professional Committee had full exchanges and communication on the organization and development of the special committee, the form and content of academic exchange, the construction and application of scientific research platforms, the training of young talents, and the joint application of scientific research projects, and initially agreed on the convening of the national academic conference next year.

本次会议的顺利召开积极推动了全国微循环和神经保护与康复领域的学术交往和交流，形式多样，有效扩大了我校在本领域的学术影响力，对以微循环为靶标的神经疾病的防治和康复专业研究和应用的深入发展具备十分重要的意义。

The successful holding of this conference has actively promoted the academic exchanges and exchanges in the field of microcirculation and neuroprotection and rehabilitation in the country in various forms, effectively expanded the academic influence of our university in this field, and has a very important significance for the in-depth development of professional research and application in the prevention and treatment of neurologic diseases targeted by microcirculation.
