一、放假时间安排

2、补考时间/Time for supplementary exam
补考时间一般为开学后第二周的周末，2025年3月1日，如果有特殊情况需要调整的话，会提前通知。自2024级秋季班学生（含）开始，取消补考，课程考核不合格者，必须重修。
Make-up exams are generally scheduled for the weekend of the second week of school, March 1, 2025, with advance notice if special circumstances require an adjustment. Beginning with the fall class of 2024 (inclusive), make-up exams are eliminated, and those who fail a course test must retake the course.

二、相关要求
Relevant requirements
1.鼓励留学生放假尽早归家团聚。
2.假期期间，学校图书馆、教学楼、国际教育学院教学楼关闭。
3.放假期间，如有离开学校的同学，应提前告知辅导员，并在CACUS上进行请假，严格履行请假手续。
4.假期留校学生必须严格遵守安全管理制度。要严格遵守国家法律、法规和学校的各项管理制度；注意自身的人身和财产安全，防止各种事故发生。假期留校学生必须严格遵守公寓管理制度，严禁私自留宿外来人员，严禁私自调换宿舍，严禁私接乱拉电线，严禁使用违规电器和动用明火，严禁赌博酗酒等并妥善保管好自己的贵重物品。
1. International students are encouraged to return home as early as possible during vacation.
2. During the vacation period, the school library, the teaching building, and the teaching building of the School of International Education are closed.
3. During the vacation period, students who leave the school should inform the counselor in advance and make leave of absence on CACUS, and strictly fulfill the procedures of leave of absence.
4. Students staying on campus during vacation must strictly abide by the safety management system. They should strictly abide by national laws, regulations and the school's management system; pay attention to their personal and property safety, and prevent all kinds of accidents from happening. Vacation students must strictly abide by the apartment management system, it is strictly prohibited to stay overnight with outsiders, it is strictly prohibited to change dormitories, it is strictly prohibited to connect wires, it is strictly prohibited to use illegal electrical appliances and open flames, it is strictly prohibited to gamble and drink alcohol, and to take good care of their valuables.
三、特别注意事项
Special Reminders
1、所有学生均需按照规定时间返校，对于有特殊原因无法按时返校的学生，务必提前告知辅导员，并提交相关证明材料；无正当理由不请假，或请假没被批准，如果连续超过两周无法返校的学生，按照自动休学处理。
2、所有学生均需在开学前缴清学费、住宿费，并购买保险，否则无法进行新学期学籍注册，未注册将影响签证延期。
3、对于有休学或者复学需求的学生，请于2月02日之前向辅导员老师提交休学或者复学申请。
4、所有老生需在开学后一周内完成报到注册，具体要求等后续通知。
1、All students are required to return to school in accordance with the stipulated time. For students who have special reasons for not being able to return to school on time, they must inform the counselor in advance and submit relevant supporting materials; students who do not take leave without a valid reason, or whose leave is not approved, and who are not able to return to school for more than two consecutive weeks, will be dealt with in accordance with the automatic suspension of schooling.
2、All students are required to pay the tuition fee, accommodation fee and insurance before the beginning of the semester, otherwise they cannot register for the new semester, and failure to do so will affect the extension of their visas.
3、For students who need to take a leave of absence or return to school, please submit a leave of absence or return to school request to your counselor by February 02nd.
4、All old students need to complete the registration within one week after the beginning of the semester, and the specific requirements will be notified later.
