6月18日，来自山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）的九位留学生走进山东省泰安市岱岳区天平街道，通过实地探访黄精文化博物馆、黄精智能工厂、泰山免疫力健康生活馆，领略泰山黄精文化的奥秘、产业发展的强劲、数字科技的赋能，了解历史文化和现代科技的完美碰撞。On June 18th, nine international students from Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences) walked into Tianping Street, Daiyue District, Tai 'an City, Shandong Province, and visited the Polygonatum Culture Museum, Polygonatum Smart Factory and Taishan Immune Health Life Museum on the spot to appreciate the mystery of Mount Taishan's Polygonatum culture, the strong industrial development and the empowerment of digital technology, and to understand the perfect collision between history and culture and modern technology.

泰山黄精，是道地药材，国家地理标志产品，有“仙人余粮”的美誉。医学留学生们参观了黄精文化博物馆、黄精智能工厂、黄精健康生活馆，详细了解黄精文化历史、黄精药食两用价值、黄精加工方法等黄精文化，泰山黄精集种植、加工、研发、推广、康养于一体的三产融合发展模式，吸引着医学留学生。

 Taishan Huangjing is a local medicinal herb, a national geographical indication product, and is known as "the remaining food of immortals". The medical students visited Huangjing Cultural Museum, Huangjing Intelligent Factory and Huangjing Healthy Life Museum, and learned more about the history of Huangjing culture, the medicinal and food value of Huangjing, the processing method of Huangjing, etc. The development mode of integrating the three industries of planting, processing, R&D, promotion and recreation of Taishan Huangjing attracted the medical students.

来自巴基斯坦的留学生小龙说：“我非常喜欢这次‘文化山东·品味黄精’活动，让我了解了黄精这味中药材和它的历史文化，我很感兴趣。”

Xiaolong, an international student from Pakistan, said: "I like this activity of' Culture Shandong Taste Polygonatum' very much, which made me know about Polygonatum and its history and culture. I am very interested.

留学生们在讲解员带领下，开启了黄精博物馆之旅。留学生们听了沁园春·泰山黄精词和泰山黄精传说，参观了黄精九蒸九晒秘制工艺过程，了解了繁琐的古法炮制工艺后，对古人的智慧啧啧称奇，直呼“了不起”。

The international students, led by the lecturers, started a tour of the Polygonatum Museum. After listening to Qinyuanchun Taishan Polygonatum Ci and Taishan Polygonatum Legend, visiting the secret process of Huang Jingjiu steaming and drying, and understanding the tedious ancient processing technology, the international students were amazed at the wisdom of the ancients and called "amazing".

在泰山黄精智能工厂，留学生们观看了黄精生产线展示系统，观摩了黄精的现代化生产工艺，了解了黄精的主要营养成分和药用价值，对黄精产生浓厚兴趣，并向老师提出了各种问题。老师也进行了详细解答。

In Taishan Polygonatum Intelligent Factory, foreign students watched the display system of Polygonatum production line, observed the modern production technology of Polygonatum, learned the main nutritional components and medicinal value of Polygonatum, became interested in Polygonatum, and raised various questions to their teachers. The teacher also gave a detailed answer.

在泰山免疫力健康生活馆，留学生们看到由黄精衍生出来的黄精饮、黄精即食片、黄精芝麻丸等食品，纷纷尝试，都夸赞养生与美味并存。来自印度尼西亚的留学生韦拉表示：“黄精的历史文化源远流长，不仅是四大名药，还可以制作成各种美味健康的零食，我很喜欢，太赞了！”

In Taishan Immune Healthy Life Museum, foreign students saw foods such as Polygonatum drink, Polygonatum instant tablets and Polygonatum sesame pills derived from Polygonatum, and tried them one after another, all praising the coexistence of health preservation and delicacy. Vera, an international student from Indonesia, said: "Polygonatum has a long history and culture. It is not only four famous medicines, but also can be made into various delicious and healthy snacks. I like it very much. It's awesome!"

此次的“文化山东·品味黄精”之行，黄精神话传说与历史典籍交融，中医文化与现代科学辉映，解锁黄精秘制工艺，深入了解了黄精发展历程，让留学生们纷纷赞叹不虚此行。
